The initiative "Diversity in P&E" aims to improve diversity and intersectionality within the P&E-programm. Supported by the Philosophy Departement, it wants to create an open space for members of minority groups and their experiences.

Diversity means that different genders, races, socioeconomic classes, cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, ways of thinking, and so forth are represented. It also means that members of these different groups are treated with respect and as individuals. The student-led initiative welcomes everyone to join and share their experiences and ideas.

The Philosophy Departement also promotes diversity by bringing diverse perspectives and feminist critiques into the curriculum. There will also be an anti-bias training for tutors starting around the beginning of the next winter semester. More information will be provided soon.
