The Department of Philosophy & Economics (University of Bayreuth), the Unit of General Pedagogy (University of Bayreuth), Scientists for Future Bayreuth, the Department of Education and Lifelong Learning (Norwegian University of Science and Technology) and the Department of Social Anthropology (University of Oslo,) will come together for a collective academic reflection on inter-generational responsibility in face of the overheating crisis.

Event Description:
The workshop will begin with a public lecture by Prof. Dr. Thomas Hylland Eriksen (Social Anthropology - University of Oslo) titled “Overheating: Anthropology and the Climate Crisis”. The talk will be followed by an international, interdisciplinary panel discussion with:
